It’s been awhile since I’ve read a Julie Garwood novel and THE IDEAL MAN was a well told story with several interesting subplots that made it hard to put down.
Max is the ideal man because he was protective, intelligent, and knew what level of indulgence to provide a woman fierce about her independence but vulnerable enough to need someone that would put her first. Max was an FBI agent that read people and situations for a living. It didn’t take long for him to recognize the gem he had found in prodigy Dr. Ellie Sullivan.
The adventure/suspense story had hit men, stalkers, sibling betrayal, FBI moles, undercover ops, shoot outs, blood and good and evil twins. I enjoyed reading this story.
