Puck Me Secretly by Odette Stone

PUCK ME SECRETLY starts with really clever way to get Rory and Max to meet.  From there on, it was a page turner.  The behind the scenes stuff about the game figured prominently.  There were a number of secrets to be revealed, and revealed they were.

It was an enjoyable book with good passion, romance and just enough drama.

Beautiful Russian Monster by Odette Stone

There are some elements of dark romance that are expected - the killing, maybe a kidnapping and the classic struggle between good and evil.  BEAUTIFUL RUSSIAN MONSTER stands out because the story is really good.  The things Viktor had to “figure out” to get the two of them to the right place at the right time was intriguing and suspenseful.

Viktor’s moral compass endeared me to him.  Blaire was so anti-spoiled heiress and earned his respect with her fortitude and ingenuity. She, on the other hand placed her trust in him and felt safe even in chaos.

The romance was a slow burn but worth the fireworks later.  I was fortunate to read an advance copy of this book from the author.  I am providing a voluntary review.
