I enjoyed this novella because Erica seemed so real, fun and deserving of a great guy like Josh. He was attentive and unpretentious.
Both Erica and Josh kept their hearts sheltered because of wrong assumptions and misunderstandings. I like stories where the appearance of an ex makes the couple realize they belong together. While it took most of the story, the misunderstandings and wrong assumptions were overcome.
If you like shorter stories with a quirky, fun heroine devoted to her family and a classic swoon worthy gentleman that adopts older dogs as the hero, you will enjoy My Wedding Date.
