Ella Miles has earned a place on my list of must read authors with PRETEND WE’RE OVER. Clever plot twists and great character development aside, I can’t think of a romance book guy this year that tugged my heart more than Sebastian. He keeps his well cultivated uncaring jerk persona close to the surface, but when the right time comes along it is so easy to fall in love with him.
Millie is the free spirit, adventurous and caring person we’d all love a chance to be. What resides in the layers of her life are cleverly crafted. Learning her secrets will be one of the things that entices you to keep reading the story.
So, read this book. See if you can resist shedding a few tears when you find out more about each of these characters. Read it and enjoy a steamy but incredibly romantic story.
