Throb by Vi Keeland

THROB does The Bachelor-style reality show very well.  Kate is a contestant and Cooper’s brother owns the studio producing the show.  The male lead in the show is Flynn, a rock star.  As Kate participates in the show, she definitely likes Flynn.  Then she meets Cooper despite her contract saying she can’t see other guys.

Cooper is the jealous alpha we all love.  He would even growl at the valet parking guy if he thought the guy’s gaze on his woman lasted too long.  It’s tough for him to hide his feelings and watch the rock star touching Kate, but she won’t quit the show because she needs the money.

The chemistry between Cooper and Kate is hot.  He steams up the space with his dirty talk.  Flynn and Kate also look good together and it causes all sorts of rash decisions and unrequited affections to make the story interesting.

The reality show angle works really well here and Vi Keeland has written another entertaining novel for her readers.
