Break Up With Him, For Me by Whitney G

This is a fabulous story with so many creative writing elements.  The chemistry, passion and romance are off the charts.  Hayden is a scrumptious,  “to die for”, one-of-a-kind type of man, and Penelope so fresh and fun.

The whole story is the star, though.  The flashbacks are genius.  Normally these are the dull, but necessary parts of a friends to lovers story, but Whitney G found a way to make us look forward to the flashbacks while telling the compelling backstory.

But that isn’t all that is great about the story.  It has it’s predictable moments, but it is the moments that it completely defies expectations that are masterful.

Suffice to say, I loved this book.  I received an advance copy to read.  This is my voluntary review.
