There is some interesting writing going on in THE BLUE EYED DEVIL that seriously adds to its charm. First, Beena Khan has a real flair for descriptive writing, but on top of that, this dual POV book has an interesting twist. When Salvi is “talking” he uses the second person as if he is talking to the reader and the reader is Ehva.
I loved Salvi and Ehva’s story. This is one really dark and twisted tale. Unpredictable, debauched and depraved. Heavy with religious reference due to the Adam/Eve/Devil theme. It’s ending so suitable and so enticing. So ready for THE FALLEN ANGEL, book 2 of the duet.
