I am a sucker for Hallmark Christmas movies and fake boyfriend Christmas books, so MY FAKE BAD BOYFRIEND had a lot going for it before I got very far. This turned out to be my favorite holiday book for 2021.
But it’s great because of the clever twist on the fake boyfriend trope and the characters of not only Gabe and Darby, but the whole family and how they dealt with Darby finally brining home a man.
