Most of THE BRUTAL CAPTOR was a continuation of Xavier’s callous and abusive character and Tallulah’s tantrums and childishness.
But soon we start to suspect something more is afoot. As a reader, I am reading voraciously to find the moment when each decides they can’t live without the other. I’m still waiting, but during the wait it becomes clear they both have much lower to fall in their dark, depraved world.
Tallulah reaches the milestone of her 18th birthday and what comes with that from
Xavier, but there turns out to be so much more.
