“The goods are odd but the odds are good” is the tag line for Odds Are Good magazine with listings of single guys in Alaska looking for companionship. In SINGLE IN SITKA, single dad Luke’s sister put in the ad unbeknownst to Luke. A journalist from Seattle answered it and went to Sitka to cover a story planning on a no strings fling after being left by her last boyfriend.
So it’s chemistry from the get-go for the widowed dad and newly single lady. It’s a story of whether or not they can find a way to fit together when they live 800 miles apart.
