So this story is both people having a second chance at love. Gwen is being divorced by her husband and Andrew lost his wife two years ago.
This is the kind of book where the guy struggles with guilt of moving on after losing a wife loved and the woman feels insecure that she will never be able to replace the lost spouse in his heart. I like this particular book because even though Andrew was still dealing with grief, he was immediately protective and possessive about Gwen. He acknowledged he felt something for her but kept fighting it.
The story takes place on two continents as they both work for Prada and have to manage public relations in both New York and Milan. The job makes them both face the fact that they may not be able to live together. As their lives get more complicated they each have the question of what they are willing to sacrifice for their partner.
Good love story with no slow spots. I can see some future books being set up for Greg and Faith, and Skye and the fire fighter.
